Due to potential cancellations, I require (at least) 50% of the total commission payment upfront, & the other half upon completion of the project. I will require at least half before I start working on the project.

If the client has paid in full upfront, and decide you no longer wish to have the commission done, I will refund the original 50% of the initial cost of the project. If the client paid the 50%, and decides to cancel, I keep the deposit.

if the client has not paid anything yet and wishes to cancel, they may do so without having to pay.

I use mainly Paypal, Google Pay, and Ko-fi as methods of payment. I always assign work orders for every batch- if I do not hear back from a client after a week, I reserve the right to cancel or prioritize other work.

for rush orders, i will double the price listed. this means it'll be put at priority of all my projects, and done as soon as possible.

Clients can contact me when my commissions open to reserve a slot. If I accept and the client is one of the first 5 people, I will reserve that spot for them. They will need to tell me, in detail, what it is that they'd like to get. Along with reference images. I will also require preferred method of payment. Please refer to "Subject Limitations" for what commissions I will not accept.

Shortly after the commissions slots fill, and I have the details of my clients' requests, I will make a work order for efficiency. My smaller, easier-to-complete projects will be at the beginning, and the larger projects will be towards the end of the batch. I will notify all the clients 1-2 days after commissions fill of the work order for that batch.

I will only start once I've received at least of the 50% of the down payment upfront.

Upcharges are applicable if I deem fit, complex designs or additions such as extensive backgrounds, weapons, animals, etc. depending on the concept from the client. This includes surpassing my 5 major revisions limit.

Bigger projects I charge by the hour, $20/hour.

I work in batches almost monthly with 5 slots per batch. My work days are Monday-Friday. I communicate mostly through Discord, but will communicate through whichever of my available socials.

I allow up to 5 major revisions- mistakes done on my end will be revised separately. Revisions past the allocated 5 free ones will result in an upcharge.

I do not accept commercial work as of late, only personal use.

I reserve the right to post progress pictures (unless explicitly requested not to), as I please to my twitch server.

The client is allowed to post the commission onto social media, so long as my signature is present, and I am tagged properly (not "@/woiish") on the platform or credited in the caption/title/etc.
